Mike’s comprehensive employment law review of 2021, will help us to understand what may be in store for 2022 and with this, Mike will share his predictions.

We have all experienced another strange year with Covid’s on/off restrictions, where HR practitioners have had to cope with a massive range of issues, from travel restrictions to vaccinations and risk assessments.

As part of looking back on this year, Mike will focus on Covid-related dismissals, and other issues which are likely to impact further on into 2022.

He will then look at what’s on the horizon for 2022, in particular with a renewed focus on flexible working.
