Are you a self-motivated individual looking for an Account Manager role in a busy and successful company? Our client is looking for enthusiastic, high-energy individuals, who can build long-term relationships with clients. The role is fully office based, working 40 hours per week with onsite parking and great benefits. You will need your own transport due to the rural location.
Working as part of the sales team, you will have your own portfolio of clients, providing outstanding customer service and maximising every possible opportunity. There is no cold calling, but you will be required to upsell and cross sell across a broad range of products. You will manage the day to day running of the account dealing with quotes, queries and any issues that arise ensuring the client is 100% satisfied with the outcome.
Previous B2B experience would be advantageous but our client is also happy to train and develop individuals from a customer service background who have potential. Excellent communication skills are essential along with great attention to detail.
