Our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in Worthing is looking for a finance and admin manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will be working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
This will be a key role working as part of their management team, it will require someone who is comfortable working as part of a team, but is keen to become involved with all aspects of the operations of the business as well as providing leadership when required.
You will need to have previous experience working in a bookkeeping/accounting role and have a sound knowledge of Sage 50. The role will involve dealing with sales order processing and stock control systems, therefore experience of accounts to trial balance or management accounts would be an advantage. Whilst this will be a very “hands on” position, you will also be managing a team, so good leadership and time management skills are essential.
