This well-respected business with a reputation for excellence is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Accounts Administrator to join their friendly accounts team.
This full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent service. You will support the accounts team by assisting with various accounting tasks, ensuring smooth processes for internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
• Assist with credit control processes
• Audit and manage project data on in-house systems
• Request purchase orders and liaise with clients to resolve invoice queries<
• Process monthly statements and help with other accounting tasks (training provided)
• Monitor mailboxes and support project coordinators as needed
Skills and experience:
• Proven experience as an Accounts Administrator or in a similar role
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Sage 200 is a plus, but not essential as training will be given
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently
