Our client, based in Battle, is looking for some additional admin support to assist with a project they are undertaking. They would like someone to join them as soon as possible and this will initially be for 4 weeks, but it could be extended. The hours of work are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and it is close to the train station.

You will be going through client specific documentation and logging the information. You may be required to answer phones and refer them to the relevant person or take messages and it may also be necessary for you to type up letters and documents.

Due to the nature of the work, you will need to be organised and have great communication skills. You will also need a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Previous care agency experience would be advantageous but not essential.
