An exciting opportunity has become available for a results-driven and people-centered individual, to join an amazing organisation in a senior capacity, managing and developing excellent working relationships with their clients. This is a permanent full-time opportunity, offering onsite parking and 25 days holiday.
Reporting to the CEO, you will focus on contributing to the development and growth of their business services, undertaking a diverse range of responsibilities. These will include managing the admissions process, producing templates, marketing materials, press releases and website content. You will identify and attend network opportunities and exhibitions, manage the CRM system, set up and conduct open mornings, liaise with stakeholders and be the primary point of contact for all prospective clients.
You will need to be goals-focused, maintaining a strategic perspective when dealing with critical matters. You will need outstanding communication skills, an eye for creating business opportunities and a head for figures, as you will need to manage your own budgets. It will sometimes be necessary to offer opinions on complex issues or new initiatives, so ideally you will be comfortable offering independent advice. You will need to be highly motivated and organised, have an approachable manner and ideally have experience or an understanding of working within a SEND specific education setting or local authority social care environment.
