An exciting opportunity has arisen for somebody with previous experience managing and working in property to join our award-winning client at their site based in Guildford.
Within this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team and will deal with all maintenance enquiries, inspections, lettings viewings, management of the team rota and ensure all performance based KPI’s are met. You will review and develop policies and procedures and ensure all relevant up to date Health and Safety aspects are adhered to.
This will also involve supporting the delivery of end of tenant processes, carrying out health and safety checks and raising and approving invoices. You will work with the senior team to promote the organisation and build strong working relationships with external partners and assist with weekly and monthly operational reports.
You will need previous experience working in organisations providing property management and have previously managed a team. Strong communication skills are essential, as is attention to detail, a working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite and the ability to multitask. You should be passionate about customer service, embrace new challenges daily and be goal focused.
Rolling shift pattern to include some Saturdays.
