Are you looking for a new challenge? Our client working in the healthcare industry are looking for Customer Service Coordinators to join their fast paced and diverse team.
You will be responsible for providing a proactive, professional, and empathetic service to customers. Within the role you’ll be handing customer calls, creating case files, and inputting all relevant information and data and completing eligibility checks. As well as having strong written and verbal communication skills you will need to be able to work under pressure, have outstanding customer service skills and excellent attention to detail.
The role would suit someone who has previously been in a call centre environment within the travel industry.
The role offers fully remote working, hybrid working or in office. It works on a shift basis including weekends and late shifts.
