Do you have a passion for helping people and offering excellent customer service? Our client, a charity based in Worthing, is looking for an administrator to join their team on a permanent basis which will be fully office based. You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

You will ensure that the team provides a high-quality, person-centred service to its users, which will involve answering the phone and responding to emails, dealing with customers and staff, assisting with a range of enquiries and passing on to the appropriate person. You will provide administrative support to the team, keeping records up to date and monitoring shared inboxes, ensuring a high level of confidentiality is kept throughout.

The role would suit someone who is resilient, comfortable working well under pressure, with the ability to multitask and prioritise their own workload. Strong IT skills are required, as are excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
