About the Role
As a Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal part in keeping their operations running smoothly. You’ll provide vital administrative support to a small but busy team, acting as the first point of contact for incoming queries and ensuring they are managed efficiently from initial enquiry to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries with professionalism and care, from first contact to final resolution.
- Support the preparation and submission of bids, quotes, and tenders.
- Work closely with the Operations team to onboard new clients and manage ongoing customer relationships.
- Maintain and enhance internal workflow systems, identifying and implementing improvements where needed.
- Ensure accurate documentation is created, maintained, and communicated effectively to the team.
- Develop and circulate customer feedback surveys to support continuous service improvement.
- Provide clear and concise daily updates to the wider team.
- Liaise effectively with all internal departments to support smooth operations.
- Keep meticulous and secure records of Technicians’ professional qualifications and critical documentation.
- Oversee and update daily schedules and resource allocation, including managing the efficient use of vehicles and equipment.
- Be part of the on-call rota, responding to emergency customer requests out of hours (overnight/weekends).
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or operations support role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High level of organisation, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Confidence working with systems and software; able to learn new tools quickly.
- Ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible and reliable, with a can-do attitude and team-first mindset.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
