Our client is looking to recruit an ambitious and forward-thinking Customer Services Account Manager to join their small but very busy team.
This well-established, highly successful manufacturing company, based in Worthing, is continuing to enjoy sustained growth in its business and requires a capable and highly motivated individual to keep them on track with their clients.
You will be the “go to” person for the customers, dealing with quotes, queries, orders and deliveries. You will need to work collaboratively with all internal departments to obtain information and be comfortable working independently most of the time.
You will be raising purchase orders and all necessary documentation, managing customer stock levels, obtaining pricing from suppliers and producing accurate quotations, dealing with any problems that arise and ensuring a satisfactory outcome is achieved.
You will need to be comfortable calculating margins and percentages, have a good working knowledge of Excel and be confident conducting Teams meetings with your clients on a regular basis. You should be solutions-focussed, have outstanding attention to detail and be able to remain calm under pressure. (Most of all, you need an easy-going manner and a good sense of humour!)
The hours of work are 7am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 7am to 11am every Friday.
