This is a great temp to perm opportunity to join a successful and growing business in their customer service department. You will start in a temp capacity, with a view that if all goes well, you will be offered a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. You need to be available to start within the next couple of weeks ideally.
This is a phone based role dealing with inbound calls, as well as making outbound calls. The calls you will receive will be from customers, family members, medical professionals and doctors’ surgeries with a variety of questions, chasing up orders, querying orders and also people wanting to register new customers with you. The outbound calls will be mainly asking customers for their orders for medical supplies as well as chasing up doctors surgeries for prescriptions to be released.
It is a really busy position requiring very good attention to detail, great listening skills, patience and lots of empathy. You need to be able to multi-task and cope well under pressure whilst remaining calm and professional at all times.
Once you are fully trained, you will work 2 weeks of 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday with half an hour for lunch and then one week of 10.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday with half an hour for lunch. You will also be required to work some Saturdays 9am to 2pm, however you will have a day off in the week to off-set this. There is free parking on-site and the benefits package is excellent.
