An opportunity has arisen for someone with exceptional customer service experience, to join a well-established and rapidly growing organisation to cover maternity leave. There is on-site parking and it is also very close to East Worthing train station.
The hours will be a mix of 8.30am – 4.30pm and 10.30am – 6.30pm Monday to Friday and you will be required to work 1 in every 8 Saturdays, 9am – 2pm and will be given time off in lieu for this.
The role will involve making outbound calls to existing customers to take their orders for medical supplies which you will process and ensure they are delivered on time. You will also receive inbound calls from medical professionals wanting to register new customers with you. There will be the usual inbound calls with queries regarding orders and you will also be liaising with doctor’s surgeries to arrange for prescriptions to be raised for the medical supplies.
To be successful you will need to have outstanding customer service skills and be adept at juggling lots of things at one time. This is a very busy department and there is a lot to learn however the training offered is excellent. You will need to be patient, understanding and empathetic with a helpful nature and enjoy working as part of a bigger team.
