Joining this great team, you will act as the voice and face of the company, being the first point of contact for customers where you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service.

The duties of this role will involve carefully processing and managing customer orders, payments, refunds, and returns, promoting new products and promotions to customers, answering incoming calls, handling customer complaints, and producing reports for the Group Head of eCommerce and Customer Service Supervisor.

You will need to have excellent attention to detail and be able to work under pressure and to deliver outstanding service. Ideally, you will have previous experience working with order processing systems and handling a high volume of calls and emails, full training will be given.
