The purpose of this role is to ensure that the Customer Service, IT and ISO teams are effectively resourced, managed and trained, to provide a first-class post-sales service, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and retention. You will be implementing continuous improvement initiatives, engaging with the team, setting and monitoring KPI’s, as well as overseeing operational efficiency, using an ERP system.
To be successful in this role you will need a comprehensive understanding of service strategies and technologies, previous customer service management experience, a good working knowledge of Excel and sound analytical and problem-solving abilities. You will also need excellent communication and time management skills, along with an approachable and helpful manner.
