Are you an aspiring PA looking for a fast-paced administrative role working for an amazing organisation? Our client is looking to recruit someone to support two of their directors assisting with the smooth running of the departments.

The key duties will include diary management, minuting meetings, following up on action points, responding to emails and phone calls, making business travel arrangements, setting up meeting rooms, welcoming visitors, and managing the databases and spreadsheets to a high degree of accuracy.

You will need exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload. You will need to be a highly effective communicator, both written and verbal with the ability to adapt your approach according to your audience. Strong IT skills are essential including, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. The ability to compose letters and general correspondence is required along with a positive and can-do approach to anything asked of you.

This is a full-time office-based role with onsite parking available.
