This role will involve dealing with emails, requesting samples of their stock, which you will be responsible for dispatching to the customer in a timely manner. You will deal with all the customer service enquiries, mainly by email and if there are any complaints, you will also be responsible for ensuring the customer is dealt with professionally and courteously. You will have the scope to really learn and progress in this role if you work hard and demonstrate your capabilities.
You will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, a good knowledge of IT, have a helpful manner and be able to cope under pressure.
