My client is looking for an Export Coordinator with a good understanding of licenses and ideally some experience of auditing. You will be joining a small but very busy team and ideally they would like someone who can hit the ground running.

You will get involved with acknowledging and entering sales orders from customers, providing them with relevant documentation and ensuring their expectations are met. You will also be responsible for producing weekly invoice and despatch documentation, coordinating the issue and receipt of other essential documentation in-line with export compliance and be able to apply for the necessary licenses without assistance. You will process and maintain records for imported and exported goods and look after IPR returns as well as assisting with export and customs audits as and when required.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience of customs and export auditing and a really good working knowledge of the various export licenses used. If you have an understanding of ITAR that would be really helpful but not essential. This is a really busy team and there is no room for error so you should have a methodical approach and have great attention to detail along with strong verbal and written communication skills. You will need to be quick thinking, able to work under pressure in a calm manner, have a proactive and positive approach to your work and be a great team player.
