By joining this excpetional team, you will act as the first point of contact for customers where you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service for off-the-shelf and bespoke, lifesaving products.
You will need to have excellent attention to detail and be able to work under pressure to deliver an outstanding service. You will be the interface for customers internally and work closely with colleagues across the distribution channel in Europe and the Middle East.
Ideally, you will have previous experience of working with order processing systems, but full training will be given for the right candidate.
You must be able to work with hard deadlines and be comfortable working under pressure when needed.
