A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a Front of House Supervisor to join our well-respected client within their reception team. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of becoming a permanent role. The hours of this role are 9 am – 5.30 pm Monday to Friday.
Within the role you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and running of the reception team, provide reception cover when needed – one afternoon per week. Being the main point of contact with external service providers, building relationships and working with the Facilities Manager managing costs, coordinating and managing catering requirements and overseeing the coordination of events.
This is a varied and interesting role working as part of a small but busy team.
To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent customer service and communication skills – both written and verbal, be a collaborative team player, be reliable and proactive. Be able to manage many tasks at once and have a high standard of IT knowledge and skills including Microsoft Office.
