  • Monitor and uphold health and safety standards, guaranteeing a safe environment for staff and guests.
  • Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and team performance to ensure efficiency during events.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring all events are financially sustainable and align with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
