You will be instrumental in honing and delivering the HR strategy across the UK group. Working closely with the CFO to deliver the company goals and budgets, the role leads and continually develops the people management processes and employee journey. The business is highly regulated, and compliance will also form a key part of the HR strategy.
To be successful in your role you will be qualified to level 7 CIPD and have previous experience of working in a generalist position at board level. As well as an in-depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures you will also possess sound GDPR knowledge. You must have a strong commercial mindset and be an experienced leader, working in a fast paced business requires exceptional organisation skills and you must be able to handle multiple, often conflicting priorities and deliver results.
