This small friendly team who are based in beautiful offices are looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to join their team.

Within this role you will be a vital part of the team managing all helpdesk enquiries. You will be building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing contractors, receiving, logging, and processing reports, assigning works to relative contractors, logging and keeping records up to date.

As well as having strong customer service skills you will need excellent communication, attention to detail and organisational skills, be skilled in the use of office software applications, be well organised and be able to work as part of a team.

Due to the beautiful, rural location you will need your own transport and free onsite parking is provided.
