You will be the first point of contact for the team and manage the HR information system, updating with any changes, amendments, new starter information and all documentation pertaining to this, in line with GDPR regulations. You will support the finance team to ensure the smooth processing of the weekly and monthly payroll, dealing with any queries that arise from this. There will also be the need to assist with the coordination of workshops and training sessions as well as the delivery of internal communications and helping the Marketing team as and when needed.
To succeed in this role, you will need superb communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to make decisions independently, excellent attention to detail, the ability to build rapport quickly with people at all levels, sound IT knowledge using the MS Office suite as well as Teams, Zoom and MailChimp. Most importantly you need to have an interest in HR and personal development.
