Our client has an opportunity at their location in Cobham for an experienced HR Generalist. You will be part of a busy team providing 360 HR support to employees and managers across the business. To be successful in this role you will need to have previous relevant experience and an all-round knowledge of employment law.

You will need to be credible, professional, quickly able to demonstrate value and have excellent customer service skills. In addition, you will need great communication skills and be able to influence a diverse range of stakeholders. Ideally you will be qualified to at least CIPD Level 3 and there is scope for further study sponsorship.
