You will provide generalist 360 support to designated teams across the business and you will take on overall responsibility for the administration of benefits and rewards. Working in this people-first culture, you will need to have a partner mindset and be able to drive best practices in a collaborative way.
To be successful in your application, you will need previous experience working at a similar level, with strong Employee Benefits experience. You will need to be a highly motivated team player and possess excellent relationship-building skills with a sound knowledge of employment law. Our client is based in Basingstoke and offers very flexible working, which includes some office and remote working.
