Whilst this is an all-round generalist HR role, providing a full and professional HR Business Partner service to a number of locations, the key focus is around employee engagement. The purpose is to create a positive change within the business, promoting confidence and trust in the HR function and driving necessary improvements aligned with the goals and objectives of the company.
Ideally, you will be degree qualified with a professional HR qualification and have proven HR management experience. You will need strong knowledge of employment law, along with previous experience of HR best practice implementation.
A working knowledge of MS Office and HRIS or similar package would be beneficial, along with sound communication ability and a flexible and open leadership style.
One day per week, you will be required to work from one of the company’s other locations.
