This high-profile charity is looking for an experienced HR Systems Administrator, to work alongside their HR Team, and play a key part in ensuring that end users always receive quality information when using the system. There is a lot of scope for project work, and you will be working alongside the People Systems Manager to develop and customise the current system to continually improve the processes and procedures.

You will need a sound knowledge of HR systems, have strong analytical skills, and the ability to think through technical processes to understand the impact the actions might have on the wider system. Whilst it is not essential, if you have any knowledge of Itrent this would be a definite advantage. This would suit someone who also enjoys delivering system support and user training, whilst at the same time looking at how the system can be streamlined.

Our client is open to hybrid working, however, there would be a requirement to be in the Woking office at least five days per month. Excellent benefits are offered including free parking and a 35-hour working week.
