Working closely with the Head of HR to develop and coordinate the business strategy to support learning and development needs across the business.
This is a standalone, 360 position embedded in a great HR team. Collaboration with line mangers, HR and trainees is key to the success of this role. You will be responsible for the ongoing development of all employees including early career candidates such as graduates and apprentices and offers a great opportunity to put your stamp on the role . Previous experience as a Learning and Development Advisor is required and ideally you will be CIPD qualified or part qualified in Learning & Development. If you have a coaching qualification or Professional certification (MBTI, Insights) this would be an added bonus
