This well-known charity is looking to recruit a Learning & Development Specialist to join their great team. The role is to work closely with the Head of People to implement & deliver the L&D strategy, which includes identifying skills gaps and training needs, whilst focussing on the improvement of management capability and performance across the business.
This is a really exciting time to join the business and to make your mark on the people capability. You will need strong learning & development experience to include delivery of training and a good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices.
