We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for a hands on and proactive Management Accountant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing, Camberley based organisation, and to become a pivitol part of the team.
Your day to day will include, but not be limited to using the accounting software, which is currently Xero, as well as managing all aspects of installing and maintaining a new integrated software that will help look after stock levels. You’ll look after all cash reporting and banking, which will need to be accounted for correctly as this role will be solely responsible for managing the cash process. You will need to action bank payments and supplier payment runs, as well as setting up new accounts and looking after the stock ordering with the plant manager. You’ll oversea and manage all areas of payroll from the outsourced partner, and ensure the information is correct before processing. Within this role you will be required to manage all correspondence and workload associated with HMRC VAT, PAYE, Pension (Nest) etc. , and have responsibility for one direct report, an accounts assistant. You will look also be required to produce up to date detailed reports and analysis’s to directors and other key stakeholders.
To succeed in this role you will need previous experience within a similar role, have outstanding organisational skills and able to manage changing proprieties. You will be detailed ordinated, with fantastic attention to detail and comfortable reporting to Directors, when producing detailed account analysis. You’ll be friendly and professional, with a positive can-do attitude. Previous experience working with Xero is advantageous, but not essential as training can be provided.
