As a Marketing Media Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing their paid search and social media strategies. Key responsibilities:

  • Lead Paid Search and Social Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive paid search and social media campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: Take full ownership of managing and optimising all paid search and social media campaigns.
  • Innovative Advertising: Think outside the box to explore and implement other paid advertising opportunities.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently and effectively allocate the paid media budget to maximize ROI.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain and track all campaigns, analysing performance and reporting back to the team.
  • Collaboration: Work independently while collaborating closely with the marketing team.

  • Experience: Proven experience in managing paid search and paid social campaigns.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with a strong background in data analysis.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and explore new advertising opportunities.
  • Independence: Capable of working independently and taking initiative.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate with the marketing team.
  • Flexibility: Adaptable to hybrid working conditions (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
  • Driving: Must have a valid driving license due to the rural location of the business.
