This is a hands-on role where, in keeping with the groups brand you will be fully accountable for both the day to day and strategic running of the nursery, always ensuring an outstanding level of care and education is provided.
You will need working knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and Ofsted requirements, experience in management and developing staff in an early years setting.
