Our Worthing based client is looking to cover a maternity contract for the next 12 months on a temp to contract basis. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to get into office work, who has little or no office experience. The hours of work will be a mix of 8.30am to 4.30pm and 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, there is on-site parking available and they offer an excellent list of benefits.
The role is quite varied and offers a mix of general administrative work along with overseeing their machine for cutting stoma bags. There will also be some manual cutting of stoma bags, so you will need to be comfortable using a small pair of scissors to cut round the templates.
You will be working as part of a small team, so it is important that you can be flexible and adapt to the changing needs of the business. You will need to have clear verbal and written communication skills and have a reasonable amount of dexterity to cope with the manual element of the role. You will also need to have a working knowledge of Word Excel and Outlook.
