The job offers a diverse range of tasks and has lots of variety. You will be the “go-to” person, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, with all the equipment required. The role will include providing administrative support to the Guildford director, responsible for the overall running of the front of house including welcoming guests and staff, managing expenses, general administration, and arranging and coordinating internal and external meetings.
You will need outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills, great working knowledge of CRMs along with a good understanding of Word, Excel, and Outlook. Additionally, you should have a calm and measured approach when under pressure, have a flexible and proactive attitude as well as a positive and supportive manner to your work colleagues.
