Are you an experienced Office Manager looking for your next challenge?

Our client seeks someone to oversee the administrative operations of their office, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time, office-based role with scope to grow as the business achieves its ambitious expansion plans.

In this role, you will supervise and coordinate the administrative staff, delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met, whilst also managing office procedures and policies to maintain an organised and efficient work environment. Specifically, you will be responsible for refining the procedures for their accreditations to fine-tune and simplify the process. Additionally, you will assist the Finance Director with various tasks, requiring a degree of numeracy.

You will also support the implementation and testing of new software as the company migrates across to it in the near future.

This position requires good IT literacy, exceptional management and communication skills along with a basic understanding of HR practices and procedures.

Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous, but training will be provided.
