Are you a highly motivated and great all-round administrator, who loves to organize and be the instigator for making things happen and getting things done? If you’re looking to join a business for the long term and enjoy being the glue that holds an office together, then this role could be for you.

The job offers a diverse range of tasks, has lots of variety and offers the opportunity for development as the business continues to grow. You will be the “go to” person, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, with all the equipment required. The role will include scheduling client meetings, diary management, organisation of events and trips, social media and website use, preparing templates, onboarding new associates and providing IT access along with other general administrative duties.

You will need outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills, a great working knowledge of CRMs along with a good understanding of Word, Excel and Outlook. Additionally you should have a calm and measured approach when under pressure, have a flexible and pro-active attitude as well as a positive and supportive manner to your work colleagues.

For training purposes, you will be office based however once you are up and running, there will be the option to work from home some days.

Up to £34K Pro Rata – part time.
