An opportunity has arisen for someone with exceptional customer service experience, to join a well-established and rapidly growing organisation on temporary basis. You will be working 30 hours per week, there is on-site parking, and it is very close to East Worthing train station, with a 5-minute walk to their office.
The role will involve making outbound calls to existing customers to take their orders for medical supplies, which you will process and ensure they are delivered on time. You will also receive inbound calls from medical professionals wanting to register new customers with you as well as calls with queries regarding orders. You will also be liaising with doctor’s surgeries to arrange for prescriptions to be raised, so the medical supplies can be dispatched.
To be successful you will need to have outstanding customer service skills and be adept at juggling lots of things at one time. This is a very busy department and there is a lot to learn, however the training programme offered is excellent. You will need to be patient, understanding and empathetic with a helpful nature and enjoy working as part of a bigger team.
