The role of the People Advisor is to deliver a professional HR service to all divisions across the business. Reporting to the People Business Partner and supervising a team of two you and your team will be responsible for delivering a first class service to all areas of the business including employees and business managers.
For this busy and diverse role you certainly need to be well versed in HR procedures and processes. This role would suit candidates who have a passion for systems and procedures and developing these to be the best and most efficient that they can be, whilst this represents fifty percent of the role there is also the opportunity to deal with employee relations cases end to end as and when they arise. You and your team will also work closely with all employees and managers across the business, providing coaching and advice on day to day HR issues.

CIPD qualifications would be an advantage but applications from candidates who are qualified by experience are also welcome. You will need to have a positive can do attitude, be hands on and have a continuous improvement mindset. This role is a 35 hours per week offering excellent benefits including free parking. Transport is essential due to the location.
