We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive, part-time People Team Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding, household brand name to help support their continued growth. Based in the beautiful Shoreham-by-Sea, this role offers 24 hours per week, working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 08:30- 15:00, however for the right candidate there may be some flexibility to these hours.
As part of a busy team, you will assist with the day to day administration requirements, which will include, but not be limited to: running a weekly and monthly payroll, creating offer letters and contracts for new starters, dealing with all enquiries in a friendly and professional manner and in-line with company core values.
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have experience of working within a similar role, where you have looked after the payroll function. You will be passionate about making a difference to people, be friendly and want to ensure that every single member of the wider team is looked after. You’ll need to be organised with outstanding attention to detail, able to prioritise and manage your time accordingly within a fast-paced environment, while ensuring sensitive and confidential information is looked after with discretion. You will be an excellent communicator, who wants to building strong business relationships and can work independently juggling many tasks at one time.
