Do you have experience of Resident Services management? Our client is looking for a senior manager to run a high-profile residence in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity to stamp your mark on the service and standards provided to residents.
You will get to know your customers and focus on building a community within the site, ensuring a first-class service is provided. This is a varied role, and your responsibilities will include the smooth running of the site, ensuring that everyone is looked after, and the properties are safe and well maintained. This will also include the creation and delivery of an events programme by thinking creatively about ways to develop the community for your residents. You will need previous property management experience and be a good people manager, with a proven track record of coaching a team to deliver excellence. You will need a good understanding of safe working practises, as well as the legislation required to run a communal residence. You will need strong communication skills, be well presented with a positive can-do attitude, have good business acumen and be used to working to KPI’s and managing budgets.
