Key responsibilities:
- Account management: Nurture and grow existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities
- Business development: Identify and engage potential clients, book face-to-face meetings, and uncover business needs through targeted outreach
- Sales support: Collaborate with senior team members, prepare tailored pitches, and track sales activities in CRM systems
- Reporting: Share insights from client feedback, market trends, and sales activities to drive strategy and improvement
Key skills:
You will thrive in this role if you have:
- Experience in the IT or business solutions sector — or a real interest in learning the industry coupled with a desire to progress
- Previous success in account management or business development
- Strong communication skills with a professional manner
- Good organisational skills and are confident using CRM systems
- A proactive attitude — you enjoy building relationships and uncovering new opportunities
- A full UK driving licence (client visits are part of the role)
