An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative and innovative Sales & Marketing Assistant to join this forward-thinking production company, based on the outskirts of Worthing.
This would suit a marketing graduate, or someone with previous marketing experience, who can raise the company profile using a range of marketing methods. You will be responsible for all social media activity, specifically LinkedIn and Google, you will assist with developing the website and maintaining the content, developing sales material as well as producing email marketing campaigns.
There will also be the requirement to support the Sales Team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotations, arranging despatch of all goods by courier, airfreight or sea freight, arranging travel and hotel accommodation for sales staff and visiting customers, along with answering the phones and responding to emails.
The ideal candidate will have a qualification in marketing or have previous marketing experience, an understanding of SEO, a working knowledge of Sage would also be beneficial, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This position will be working directly for the MD of the company, so you will need to demonstrate a passion for marketing with lots of initiative, be a team player and have a friendly and helpful manner.
The office hours will be 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and there is onsite parking available. (Due to the rural location of the company, you will need your own transport).
