Are you a customer service professional with experience in managing a team?
Our Client has an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused individual with 3+ years consultative sales experience. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a high degree of empathy as you are dealing with customers that are often going through complex challenges.
The successful candidate will be able to build rapport quickly with customers and steer the conversation though thoughtful discovery questioning. You will have a thorough understanding of all the services available, being clear about the differences and guiding the decision to the most appropriate service available.
In addition your role will include supporting day to day queries from other team members.
Assist with inductions and training for the team, organising rotas and assisting with data analysis and reporting back to the Head of Sales.
The position offers a basic salary with an OTE of £50K plus (uncapped)
