Our well-established client is looking to recruit an additional Service Coordinator to support their busy team.

This is a varied role with plenty of scope and they are keen to have someone join as soon as possible. The position comes with a great benefits package and free onsite parking.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer and engineer enquiries.
  • Quoting for engineer site visits, planned work, and service parts.
  • Scheduling visits with customers and coordinating the delivery of parts to site.
  • Processing engineer reports on the internal system.
  • Checking and processing invoices.
  • Preparing pre-site permits and visit documentation.
  • Following up with customers regarding quotes and proforma paperwork.
  • Providing general assistance as needed.

About you:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external contacts.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • Proficiency in IT, ideally with experience in SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • A positive and resilient attitude to managing an ever-changing workload.
