Our well-established client is looking to recruit an additional Service Coordinator to support their busy team.
This is a varied role with plenty of scope and they are keen to have someone join as soon as possible. The position comes with a great benefits package and free onsite parking.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer and engineer enquiries.
- Quoting for engineer site visits, planned work, and service parts.
- Scheduling visits with customers and coordinating the delivery of parts to site.
- Processing engineer reports on the internal system.
- Checking and processing invoices.
- Preparing pre-site permits and visit documentation.
- Following up with customers regarding quotes and proforma paperwork.
- Providing general assistance as needed.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external contacts.
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Proficiency in IT, ideally with experience in SAP and Microsoft Office.
- A positive and resilient attitude to managing an ever-changing workload.
