Key responsibilities:
- Responding to customer and engineer enquiries.
- Preparing quotes for engineer site visits, planned work, and service parts.
- Scheduling site visits with customers and coordinating parts deliveries.
- Processing engineer reports into the internal system.
- Checking and processing invoices.
- Preparing pre-site permits and visit documentation.
- Following up with customers regarding quotes and proforma paperwork.
- Providing general assistance to the team where needed.
Key skills:
- Has exceptional communication skills and can build strong relationships with both internal and external contacts.
- Possesses excellent organisational and time management skills and thrives under pressure.
- Demonstrates outstanding attention to detail and is comfortable resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Has great IT proficiency, ideally with experience using SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Maintains a positive, resilient attitude in the face of a fast-paced ever-changing workload.
