Due to a busy period, our client is looking for a temporary finance and admin assistant to assist for an 8-week assignment, working four days per week (Monday to Thursday). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous finance experience to support this busy team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Processing and reconciling accounts payable invoices
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting documentation
  • Assisting with weekly and monthly financial reporting
  • Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc administrative tasks

Key skills:

  • Previous experience in a finance or accounts role, particularly within accounts payable would be advantageous
  • Proficiency with Sage 50 (or similar accounting software)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Good attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
