Due to a busy period, our client is looking for a temporary finance and admin assistant to assist for an 8-week assignment, working four days per week (Monday to Thursday). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous finance experience to support this busy team.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing and reconciling accounts payable invoices
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting documentation
- Assisting with weekly and monthly financial reporting
- Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Key skills:
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts role, particularly within accounts payable would be advantageous
- Proficiency with Sage 50 (or similar accounting software)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
