Are you available immediately and looking for temporary work? Our client, an organisation based in Dunsfold, is looking for an excellent finance assistant for the next 12 weeks with the opportunity for it to become permanent.
This is a varied role covering both finance and administrative tasks, you will be responsible for the overall general financial procedures across the business, managing staff expenses, completing of quarterly VAT returns, reconciliation, inputting of invoices. Booking of training conferences accommodation and international flights
To be successful in this role you will need experience in a finance role, have strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Be able to manage many tasks at once, have a high standard of IT knowledge and skills including Microsoft Office.
The role will require a DBS check due to the environment you will be working in. There is onsite parking available.
