An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join this reputable organisation on a temporary basis for a 6-month period.

This full-time position is based across three sites: Worthing, Poling, and Hove.  Onsite or free street parking is available, so having your own transport is ideal.

In this busy role, you will handle change management, resource planning and talent management, employee relations as well as learning and development. You will provide expert advice and guidance to managers, develop trusted and effective partnerships with them and support a diverse range of HR topics.

You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to legislative changes by implementing a broad range of policies and processes. Additionally, you will create and analyse statistical reports and take necessary actions accordingly.

Ideally, you will have your CIPD Level 5 or equivalent proven work experience as an HR generalist, dealing with complex HR issues.

You will need excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management, collaboration, planning and organisational skills and be an independent thinker with the initiative to pre-empt people-related risks.

The ability to structure your workload and manage competing priorities is critical, as is the ability to influence and challenge decisions while building strong relationships.
