Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage utilities services, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
- Handle administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and updating databases.
- Provide strong support for account management, liaising with clients and vendors to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Utilise MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to manage data, create reports, and communicate effectively.
- Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and deadlines for various utilities projects.
- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams, clients, and suppliers, maintaining high levels of customer service.
Skills & qualifications:
- Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook).
- Excellent administrative and coordination skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Account management experience with a customer-focused approach.
- Outstanding organisational and communication skills, able to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
- Previous experience in a utilities or similar sector is a plus.
